RETRN Shipping Policy

Delivery locations

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands. International delivery is not currently available.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery costs £3.99. Standard delivery is free when your order’s product total is £60 or more after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

Drop 01 availability

Drop 01 is currently in development while we review samples. A confirmed dispatch window is not yet available.

If preorders become available, each product page will clearly state that the item is a preorder and provide an estimated dispatch window before purchase. This information will also be included in your order confirmation.

The delivery estimates below begin after dispatch and do not include the preorder waiting period.

In-stock orders

Once products are available in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Standard delivery is estimated to take 2–4 working days after dispatch. Please allow 3–7 working days for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Order updates

We will email you when your order is dispatched and provide tracking information where available.

If a preorder’s estimated dispatch window changes, we will contact you with an update. If you do not wish to wait, contact us to cancel your und dispatched order for a full refund. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Delivery problems

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@retrn.net with your order number. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.

We remain responsible for your goods until they are physically received by you or someone you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise.
