These terms apply to use of our website and purchases by consumers. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including your rights to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described, and your cancellation rights for online purchases.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains our 30-day return offer alongside your statutory rights.

Orders and acceptance

Please check your items, sizes, delivery address and payment details before submitting an order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our initial order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we email you confirming dispatch, at which point a contract is formed.

If we cannot accept your order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or there is another legitimate reason, we will inform you and refund any payment taken.

If we discover a pricing or description error before acceptance, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding with the corrected details or cancelling for a full refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screen settings may cause slight colour differences, but this does not affect your right to receive goods as described.

Please refer to each product’s description, size guidance and care instructions before purchasing.

Changes to product descriptions or availability will not retrospectively change an accepted order without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must be authorised to use your chosen payment method.

Price changes apply to future orders and do not alter an accepted order. Promotions may have additional conditions clearly stated when offered, but cannot reduce your statutory rights.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

We will deliver within the agreed timeframe or, where no different timeframe has been agreed, within 30 days of accepting your order.

If a product is offered for preorder, its delivery arrangements will be explained before purchase.

We remain responsible for goods until they are physically received by you or someone you nominate, subject to the legal exception where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

If delivery is delayed or an order goes missing, contact hello@retrn.net. We will investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to. Carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting hello@retrn.net.

For standard online purchases, your statutory right to cancel generally continues until 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

We also offer a voluntary 30-day return-request period, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Accounts and website use

Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not use our website for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, or uploading harmful software. You must not interfere with its security or operation.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks. This will not remove rights relating to existing purchases.

Website content

Our branding, photographs, text and designs belong to us or their respective owners.

You may browse and share links to our website for personal use. Commercial reproduction or use of protected content requires permission from the rights holder.

Reviews and community designs

You retain ownership of reviews and other content you submit. By submitting a review for publication, you give us permission to display it and reproduce it for promoting RETRN, including reasonable formatting edits that do not misrepresent your views.

You must have the necessary rights to submitted content and must not include unlawful material or others’ private information without permission.

Submitting a clothing design does not automatically transfer ownership to RETRN or grant us unrestricted manufacturing rights. Any selection, production permission, credit and promised reward will be covered by separate design-submission terms or a written agreement.

Shopify and third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases from this store are made with RETRN PERFORMANCE LTD, not Shopify.

Third-party websites linked from our website operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Our use of third-party hosting, payment or delivery providers does not remove our responsibilities to you under consumer law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared. It is available through our website’s policy links.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breaches of statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Products are supplied for personal consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from their use for commercial purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the protections of mandatory consumer laws applicable where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts of your home UK jurisdiction.
